Gut Booster Smoothie

Add this to your diet as often as you can manage and feel the benefits.

Ingredients (enough for 2 glasses)
• 2½ cups water
• 2 cups kale leaves
• ½ avocado
• 1 banana (frozen)
• ½ cup papaya or pineapple
• 1 teaspoon coconut oil
• 1 tablespoon chia seeds
• 2 tablespoons ground flaxseeds

Add all ingredients to a blender. Blend on high until smooth and creamy. Divide into 2 glasses and enjoy!
